How to make Southwest Pasta
Step 1 – Cook the pasta
Boil salted water in a pot. Add pasta and cook for 10 minutes until pasta is all done and then drain out all the water.
Step 2 – Cook the veggies
Now, heat olive oil in a frying pan. Cook onions and bell pepper for 10 minutes in olive oil until browned, mix in basil, tomatoes, salsa sauce, broccoli, taco seasoning, salt and pepper. Cook for about 5 minutes.
Step 3 – Mix veggies and pasta. Serve
