Lovey-Dovey Strawberry Crush Mousse Recipe
How to make Lovey-Dovey Strawberry Crush Mousse
Step 1 – Mix the ingredients
Add all ingredients together and mix well.
Step 2 – Crush the cookies and spread in mould
Place a small mould (heart-shaped, round or any shape and size of your choice) with silver foil and spread coarsely powdered cookies evenly to form a base.
Step 3 – Set the mixture in mould
Pour the mixture into the mould on top of the cookies and let it chill in the refrigerator for one hour. This will help the mousse hold shape.
Step 4 – Ready to be served
When set, remove the mould, garnish the dish with some sliced strawberries and serve.

- 300 gm whipped cream
- 60 gm chocolate cookies
- 100 gm chopped strawberry
- 2 drops vanilla essence
