How to make Bhel Chaat
Step 1 – Chop the veggies
To prepare this delicious snack recipe, boil the potato in a pressure cooker. Once done, peel and finely chop it. Meanwhile, finely chop the onion, tomato, green chillies and coriander leaves.
Step 2 – Mix the bhel and serve
Now, take a large bowl and add puffed rice in it along with sev, chopped veggies and roasted peanuts. Mix well. Then, add green chutney, tamarind chutney and chaat masala in the bowl and mix once again. Garnish with mint leaves and serve fresh.

- 1 cup sev
- 1/2 cup tomato
- 1/2 cup coriander leaves
- 1 tablespoon green chillies
- 1 cup puffed rice
- 1 sprig mint leaves
- 1/2 cup onion
- 1/2 handful roasted peanuts
- 1/2 teaspoon chaat masala
- 3 tablespoon green chutney
- 2 tablespoon tamrind chutney
- 1 cup potato
