How to make Mango Mint Lassi
Step 1 Wash and peel the mangoes
Wash the mangoes and mint leaves in cold running water. Then drain the excess water. Now, peel the mangoes and cut into slices. Next, add these sliced mangoes in a blender jar along with yoghurt, milk, cardamom, orange juice, honey and ice cubes. Blend well until smooth.
Step 2 Garnish and relish!
Once the mangoes are pureed and the lassi is prepared. Transfer the drink to desired glasses and garnish with mint leaves. If you find the mangoes more tangy, you can add some sugar-free or honey to accentuate the taste and make it sweet. Serve immediately and enjoy!

Traditionally, Lassi was hand blended with an authentic whisker, however, it is practically impossible to spend all your time and effort to churn out a creamy lassi; So, it is advisable to use a blender or a mixer to blend in all the ingredients. To accentuate the taste you can serve this lassi with little chunks of mangoes and raisins.
