How to make Besan Cheese Cheela
Step 1 – Mix all the dry ingredients
Add all the dry ingredients to a bowl and give a mix.
Step 2 – Prepare a batter
Add all the vegetables to the bowl and mix well. Slowly add water and mix till you get pouring consistency. The batter is ready,
Step 3 – Cook the cheela
Preheat a nonstick tawa (skillet) and pour a ladle full of batter on it. Cover with lid and let it cook till golden brown from one side.
Step 4 – Ready to be served
Remove the lid and add grated cheese all over the Veg Omelette. Now flip and cook again for two minutes. Your Besan Cheese Cheela is now ready to be served.
