Mushroom Carbonara Recipe
Mushroom Carbonara is a simple and easy-to-make recipe loved by kids. This easy recipe can be packed to school tiffin and can be served as evening snack too. Try it.
- To make this simple recipe, take a pan, switch on the burner at medium flame and add butter to it.
- After 10 seconds, add the chopped onions and sauté for 3 to 4 minutes or until softened.
- Now, add garlic and fry for 20 to 30 seconds. Add the mint leaves and mushrooms.
- Cook for 2 minutes or until golden and tender.
- Cook the pasta in slightly salted boiling water for 10 minutes. Drain well.
- Transfer the pasta to a pan and add the corn flour.
- Stir well until well combined. Now, add the mushroom mixture and the grated cheese. Mix well.
- Sprinkle some black pepper powder and salt.
- Serve at once. To add an edge you can add toasted garlic bread to it.

- 3 teaspoon virgin olive oil

- 1 handful finely chopped mint leaves
- 1 teaspoon corn flour
- 4 pinches salt
- 200 gm pasta spaghetti

- 50 gm grated parmesan cheese
