How to make Cheese Tomatoes
Step 1 – Prepare the tomatoes
Chop the top part of the tomatoes and take out the seeds. Now lightly grease the tomatoes with minimal oil.
Step 2 – Stuff the tomatoes
Now add grated mozzarella and parmesan cheese to a bowl. Add oregano, chilli flakes, coriander leaves and salt as per taste. Mix well and equally fill the cheese in all the tomatoes. Sprinkle one pinch of black pepper powder on each stuffed tomato.
Step 3 – Bake and serve
Now place the tomatoes on a greased baking tray. Bake in a preheated oven at 220 degrees C for 10-12 minutes. You can also place the tomatoes in a greased pan, cover them with a lid and cook them until tender.
Step 4 – Ready to be served
Serve the lip-smacking tomatoes and enjoy.

- 4 tomato
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon chilli flakes
- 2 tablespoon chopped coriander leaves
- 4 Pinches black pepper
- 1/4 cup grated mozzarella
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- salt as required
- rice bran oil as required
