Add suji and fry until it becomes golden brown. If needed you can add more ghee.
Add water and cook for a min.keep the gas on low flame.
Then add sugar to it.
Add dry coconut and raisin. stir it at low gas for 8-10 mins.
Halwa will be ready when it will not stick to the wok.
FOR CHANA
wash the chana properly and soak them in water for over night.
Next day pour the chana in a pressure cooker along with the water it was soaked in .Also add a little water to chana and boil it in pressure cooker for about 10 min .(4-5 whistles in the pressure cooker)
Take a pan .Add ghee in it.
Add cumin seeds and let the cumin get tempered in hot oil.
Add salt ,red chilli powder ,degi mirch ,cumin powder , chana masala .
Mix well.
Keep the chana on gas and heat it. so that the water dries.
Put the tadka in boiled chana and now simmer it for 10 mins till chana absorb all masala.
Chana is ready to serve now.
FOR POORI
Knead the wheat flour,suji with water to from a thick dough.
Make small balls and roll them into flat poori shape.
Heat oil in a wok .
Deep fry the pooris until it becomes golden brown from both sides.
