How to Make Nutrela Soya Puff Patties
For the dough –
- In a bowl add maida, salt, oil and make a dough (not too hard or soft); let it rest for 10 mins
- Then take a bit of the dough and flatten it with a rolling pin on the surface, put unsalted, melted butter on it and sprinkle dry maida and spread it. Fold it in square shape. Cover it with a plate and keep it in a fridge for 15 minutes.
- The above step needs to be done 2 times, this will give a layer shape of patties
- Flatten it with a rolling pin on the surface and cut it in 4 pieces
For the filling –
- Take a pan and head oil. Add fennel seeds, coriander seeds, peas, chopped ginger, chopped green chillies, salt, garam masala, cumin powder, coriander powder, amchoor powder, red chilli powder and boiled potatoes, cooked Nutrela Soya granules and mix it.
- Put the mixture in between the cut patty dough and give it a triangular shape
- Pre-heat oven at 250 degrees and bake it for 20 mins
- Serve with ketchup

- 250 gm maida
- 1.5 tsp of oil
- ½ tsp salt

- Peas
- Chopped ginger
- Chopped green chillies
- Dry spices – salt, garam masala, cumin powder, coriander powder, amchoor powder, red chilli powder
- Boiled potatoes
- Cooked Nutrela Soya granules
- Nutrela Refined Soyabean oil
