How to make Almond Cinnamon Tart

Step 1 – Roast almond flakes

Roast the almond flakes in preheated oven at 180 degree celsius for 4 minutes or till golden in colour.

Step 2 – Make toffee sauce

For toffee sauce preparation, caramelize the sugar. For that add 40 gms of butter followed by cream and thoroughly mix it.

Step 3 – Prepare monaco crumble

For monaco crumble, crush the biscuits and mix 20 gm of butter with it. Spread this mixture in a 6-inch mould and bake at 160 degrees celsius for 10 min.

Step 4 – Mix flakes with sauce

In a bowl add roasted almond slivers and toffee sauce. Now pour this mixture over biscuit crumble in the mould.

Step 5 – Bake the dish

Bake the dish now in a preheated oven at 180 degree celsius for 15 min.

Step 6 – Ready to be served

Serve once done and demould the tart. Serve with vanilla bean ice-cream for a wholesome combo.
