Step 1 – Prepare the filling Preheat the oven at 180 degree Celsius. In a pan heat vegetable oil and add chopped onion and chopped garlic. Saute till onion starts to become soft. Add ground chicken, mix with a spoon and cook.
Step 2 – Add other ingredients After the chicken is cooked, add cooked rice, chopped spring onions, carrots and fish sauce. Cook for 5-7 minutes and then crack the eggs. Stir well and mix everything together. Cook until done and remove the pan from heat.
Step 3 – Make cabbage rolls Take one whole cabbage leaf and add 3 spoons of filling in the centre and roll them like you roll a burrito, enveloping the ends. Make rolls using all the cabbage leaves.
Step 4 – Bake the rolls and serveIn a greased baking dish, place the rolls, drizzle sesame oil over them, cover them with foil and bake for 20 minutes. After the rolls are baked, serve them hot with a dip of your choice.
