How to make Bean Curd Homestyle
Step 1 Cook the tofu until golden brown
Start with washing the tofu pieces. Add some oil in a pan and put in the tofu pieces. Let them cook until golden brown on each side. Take these out and keep aside.
Step 2 Toss the tofu in sauce, mix and serve!
Add some oil to the pan and roast finely chopped garlic and whites of spring onion, finely chopped ginger for about 30 seconds. Now add the sugar, light soy sauce, salt and cooking wine and mix. Add the fried tofu and combine everything well. Garnish with sesame seeds and serve.
