Cooked using powdered cornflakes, whole wheat flour, blueberries, strawberries and hung curd, this dish can be easily prepared at home, kids will also love it.
How to make Berry Breakfast Tart – Steps
- To prepare the dough, add powdered cornflakes in a bowl along with whole wheat flour, butter, powdered sugar, baking soda, water and knead it into a dough. Let the dough rest for about 10 minutes.
- Dust all purpose flour and roll out a thin roti and cut it into round shape.
- To prepare the filling, mix together strawberry jam and muesli in a bowl.
- Grease the tart mould with butter and dust all purpose flour over it. Place the prepared round roti on the tart mould and discard the edges with the help of a knife. With the help of a fork, prick the sheet lightly and add the muesli and jam filling on this.
- Pre-heat the oven at 180 degree Celsius and bake the tart for about 12 to 15 minutes.
- To prepare the berry topping, chop the strawberries. In a pan, add honey, strawberries, blueberries, powdered sugar (leave a little for dusting) along with water and mix well.
- Once the tart is baked, remove it from the tart mould and place it on the plate and top it up with the berry topping.
- Dust powdered sugar on it. Garnish with hung curd, berries and mint sprig. Enjoy!

- 1/4 cup all purpose flour

- 3 tablespoon strawberry jam
- 3 tablespoon muesli
For Dough
- 1/4 cup butter
- 2 tablespoon powdered sugar
Water as required
- 1/2 cup wheat flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
For Garnishing
- 4 tablespoon hung curd
- 1 sprig mint leaves
For Toppings
- 6 chopped strawberry
- 1/2 cup blueberry
- 1 teaspoon honey
- 4 tablespoon powdered sugar
