Besan Ka Cheela Recipe
Recipe Instant and easy to cook, tasty and healthy. Can have for breakfast, lunch, snack and Dinner. Tasty and light meal.

Ingredients
- Besan 1 cup
- Water 1 cup
- Vegetables
- Onion 1 small
- Green chilli
- Kasturi methu 1 tea spoon
- Coriander leaves 10
- Spinach / mint 4 leaves
- Chaat Masala half tea spoon
- Rock salt as per taste
Wash and chop vegetables
Method
- Mix water in besan gradually and keep on stirring.
- Stirring prevents lumps
- Once this is smooth add finely chopped onion, coriander, green chilli , spinach and kasturi methi. salt and chaat masala.
- Heat tava till hot.
- Take 1 table spoon besan batter
- Spread in circular shape.
- Cook on medium flame.
- Switch sides and cook till mild brown.
Serve hot with pudina chutney and tomato ketchup
