Bhel Puri, one of the popular Mumbai chaats, is a very quick and easy recipe to prepare. Made with puffed rice, sev, peanuts, boiled potatoes, chaat masala, and sweet and sour chutney, this chaat is a perfect snack for people on a diet. This is also a great way to quickly quench light hunger.

How To Make Bhel Puri

Take 4 spoons of puffed rice in a big bowl. Take 2 to 3 teaspoons cucumber, 2 to 3 teaspoons potatoes, 2 to 3 teaspoons tomatoes and 3 teaspoons peanuts in it. Break 3 to 4 papdis and add them. Put 4 teaspoons of finely chopped sev, a little green chilli and half a teaspoon of chaat masala on it. Put 1 spoon green coriander chutney and 2 spoons sweet chutney on it. Mix all the ingredients well. Bhelpuri is ready, serve it.

To serve Bhelpuri, put 2 to 3 tablespoons of Bhelpuri in a plate and garnish with a little chaat masala and a little green coriander. Bhelpuri chaat is ready. Whenever you feel like eating it, make it immediately because if you prepare it in advance, the puffed rice becomes soggy and does not remain crunchy.
