How to make Blueberry Kulfi
Step 1 – Boil milk
To make this simple recipe, take a pan and add milk, keep stirring till the milk.
Step 2 – Add blueberries
Once the milk starts reducing, add in the condensed milk and keep stirring. Once the milk turns thick and creamy, turn off the flame and add finely chopped blueberries, honey give it a nice mix. Pour it into the moulds.
Step 3 – Enjoy chilled kulfi
Next, take the moulds and refrigerate for 6-8 hours and serve chilled.

- 1 litre milk
- 1/2 cup condensed milk
- 4 tablespoon honey
