Heat butter in a pan. Add chopped garlic and saute them for one minute. Now add broccoli florets and toss them well to coat them properly with butter.
Step 2 – Add seasonings
Add a pinch of turmeric, black pepper powder and salt as per taste. Mix well and saute the broccoli for two minutes. Add 2-3 tbsp water as this will form steam and aid the cooking process. Cook for 6-7 minutes more and turn off the flame.
Step 3 – Ready to be served
Once done, your Butter Broccoli is ready to be served.
