How to make Churros with Thandai Dip
- Step 1 – Prepare batter for churrosAdd 1 cup water and butter to a pot. Bring to a boil and switch off the heat. Add refined flour, vanilla extract and mix well to combine the ingredients. Now add the eggs, one by one and mix well to prepare a thick and smooth batter.
- Step 2 – Fry the churrosHeat oil in a pot. Fill the batter in a piping bag. Squeeze out the batter in hot oil in the shape of churros. Fry until golden brown in colour. Take out the churros on a napkin.
- Step 3 – Thandi dip preparationPut a pan on medium heat. Add milk, fresh cream, sugar and thandai powder. Whisk well and bring to a boil. Now whisk the egg yolks and pour them in the pan along with corn flour. Whisk well and again bring to a boil. Cook for 1-2 minutes. Now switch off the heat and whisk continuously. The mixture will thicken.
- Step 4 – Ready to be servedPour the Thandai Dip in a serving bowl and serve with churros. Enjoy!

- 1/2 tablespoon corn flour
- 1 cup refined flour

- 1/2 cup milk
- 4 tablespoon powdered sugar
- 2 egg yolk
