How to make Creamy Mixed Vegetable
Step 1 – Saute the veggies
Heat oil in a kadhai. Add minced garlic, green chillies and saute for a few seconds. Now add chopped onions and saute until slightly translucent in colour. Now add chopped carrot, beans, cauliflower florets and green peas. Add salt as per taste and mix well. Saute the veggies for about 3-4 minutes.
Step 2 – Add cream and curd
Now add cream and curd to the kadhi and give a good mix. Also add turmeric, coriander powder, dry mango powder and garam masala. Add about 1 cup water and mix well. Keep on medium-high heat and bring to a boil. Make sure you stir the dish continuously until a boil comes. Cover with a lid and cook for 7-8 minutes more.
Step 3 – Ready to be served
Lastly, mix in sugar to balance the flavours and serve the dish along with hot chapatis. Enjoy!

- 1 large onion
- 1/2 cup fresh cream

- 4 cloves garlic
- 1/2 cup thick sour curd
