How to make Creamy Sweet Corns
Step 1: Boil the sweet corn
To begin with this easy recipe, wash and boil the corn kernels with water and a dash of salt. Drain the water and run the corn kernels through cold water to retain the texture.
Step 2: Whisk the cream
Take a large bowl, add fresh cream, mayonnaise, salt, spice black pepper, oregano, chili flakes, coriander leaves. Mix it all together, once the corns attain normal room temperature.
Step 3: Add cheese and bake
Add the corns to the creamy mixture, toss everything nicely and add parmesan cheese. Bake the dish for 5-10 minutes. Serve hot and enjoy!
