How to make Flaky Popcorn

Step 1 – On a chopping board, finely chop the coriander leaves. Once done, keep it aside in a small bowl. Now in grinder jar, grind black sesame seeds, brown sugar and salt into a powder. Transfer the ground powder into a bowl containing the coriander leaves and keep aside.

Step 2 – Now, place a deep bottom pan over medium flame. Once hot enough, add coconut oil in the pan and let it melt. After it becomes hot, add the maize kernels to it. Cover this using a lid and cook on the same medium flame until they pop up. Once all of them have popped, remove the lid and shake the pan. If some kernels are remaining, cook these again for a few a seconds.

Step 3 – Transfer the pop corns to a separate large bowl and pour melted butter along with the coriander mixture on top of it. Shake the bowl to make sure that each popcorn is evenly coated. Serve these hot to enjoy!
