Methods
- In a heated pan, heat some oil and add tomatoes, chillies, garlic, roasted peanuts and sesame seeds.
- Cook until tomatoes are slightly mushy. You can add water if needed.
- Blend everything with coriander leaves and stevia into a coarse paste
Ingredients
- Green Tomato – 200gms (roughly chopped)
- Green Chillies – 2
- Peanuts – 20 gms
- Garlic – 3-4 cloves
- Coriander Leaves – a handful
- Stevia – ½ tsp
- Sesame Seeds – 2 tbsp
- Mustard Seeds – 1 tsp
- Hing – ½ tsp
- salt and olive oil as per need.
