How to make Lemon Corns
Step 1 – Wash and dry the corns
To make this simple recipe, par boil the corn kernels with some water and salt, drain the water and rinse the corn kernels with cold water, keep aside and allow it to dry.
Step 2 – Mix the corn and spices
Once the corns are dried in room temperature. Take a large bowl add in corn flour and spices, whisk it well and add the corns. toss them nicely.
Step 3 – Serve hot
In the meantime, heat a pan and add oil. Once the oil is hot enough gently add in batches of the corns. Deep fry them till they turn slightly golden in colour. Lastly, make a mixture of lemon juice, salt and pepper, whisk it well and pour this over the fried corns and serve hot.

- 300 gm American corn kernels
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- salt as required
- 2 tablespoon lemon juice
- water as required
- 2 tablespoon corn flour
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- black pepper as required
- refined oil as required
