How to make Makhana Chaat
Step 1 – Roast lotus seeds in ghee
To begin with this easy recipe, heat a pan and add ghee. Once the ghee is hot enough and add the lotus seeds (Makhana). Toss them well till they turn brownish in colour.
Step 2 – Wash and clean the veggies
In the meantime, take all the veggies and wash them well. Cut and chop them well. Assemble all the ingredients in a bowl.
Step 3 – Whisk the lemon juice
Next, take a bowl and add lemon juice, red chili, sendha namak and rest of the ingredients. Mix everything well and add the tossed makhana along with fresh coriander leaves, green chilies and season with salt. Garnish with peanuts and enjoy.
