How to make Masala Shikanji
Step 1 – Squeeze the juice from lemons
Squeeze the juice out from the lemons and keep it aside for a while.
Step 2 – Prepare the masala
Now, prepare the shikanji masala by combining black pepper, cumin powder, black salt, chaat masala, dried mint powder in a bowl. Mix it well and it’s ready.
Step 3 – Combine all the ingredients in a jug
Take a tall jug, add lemon juice, mint leaves, sugar, shikanji masala, and fill the jug with chilled water. Stir to mix everything well.
Step 4 – Your Masala Shikanji is ready
Now, pour the shikanji into glasses filled with ice cubes and 1-2 lemon slices. You can easily prepare 8 glasses with this much masala. Your Masala Shikanji is ready to be served.
