How to make Mixed Fried Rice
Step 1 – Wash and chop the veggies
To begin with this easy recipe, wash, peel and cut the veggies and keep aside.
Step 2 – Saute the veggies
Next, take a pan and add oil, once the oil is hot enough. Add chopped onions, ginger paste, chili garlic paste, and saute.
Step 3 – Add rice and spices
Once the veggies are patially cooked, add leftover rice followed by spices and herbs.
Step 4 – Serve hot
Serve hot and enjoy!
