How to make Onion Parantha

Step – 1 Knead a dough: Mix wheat flour with turmeric, chilli powder, green chillies, chopped onions, coriander powder, coriander leaves, salt and knead well. Divide it into round balls and roll it out gently.

Step – 2 Roll out paranthas and cook: Heat tawa, put the paratha on it and roast well on both sides on medium flame. Apply one tsp of oil on both sides while cooking it.

Step – 3 Serve: Once done, serve the parantha with curd, pickle or chutney, along with a dollop of butter on top.

  • 1/4 teaspoon coriander powder
  • 2 pinches salt
