How to make Paan Ice cream
Step 1 – Wash the betel leaves
To make this quick ice cream recipe, take the betel leaves, wash and soak them in water. Drain the water and keep the paan leaves aside.
Step 2 – Make a smooth blend
Take a blender and add the paan leaves, gulkand and condensed milk, make a smooth paste and keep it aside.
Step 3 – Boil the milk
Take a vessel and add full cream milk and keep stirring, till the milk reduces to half and add in a dash of cardamom. Turn off the flame and allow the mixture to reduce.
Step 4 – Freeze the ice cream
Once the milk turns thick pour the gulkand and paan blend, using a whisker, whisk the blend till it turns fluffy. Transfer to the ice cream tray, put a cling film and freeze overnight and enjoy. Serve chilled and enjoy!

- 1 1/2 litre full cream milk
- 4 paan leaves
- 1/2 cup condensed milk
- 1/2 cup gulkand
- 1/4 teaspoon green cardamom
