To prepare this recipe, place ginger and onions over a chopping board and chop them finely. On the other hand, add sesame seeds over a fry pan and roast them over medium flame. Keep them aside in separate bowls.
Now, place a bowl and pour hot water in it. Add tamarind into the bowl and soak it for 10 minutes. Next, add chopped onions, mint leaves, coriander leaves, soaked tamarind, roasted sesame seeds, green chillies, ginger and garlic cloves in a blender and blend them thoroughly.
Now, add water, salt and lime juice into the blender and blend again. Make sure the consistency of the mixture is not thin. Serve!
