- 1/4 teaspoon cardamom powder (optional)
- Ice cubes (optional)
- Chopped nuts (e.g., pistachios or almonds) for garnish (optional)
- A few saffron strands for garnish (optional)
- Rose water (a few drops, optional)
Instructions:
- Prepare the Yogurt Base:
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the chilled yogurt and cold water or milk. Whisk them together until smooth and creamy. You can also use a blender for a smoother consistency.
- Sweeten the Lassi:
- Add the sugar to the yogurt mixture and whisk or blend until the sugar is completely dissolved. Taste and adjust the sweetness if needed.
- Add Flavor:
