How to make Vietnamese Wraps
Step 1 Cut veggies and mix to make pickle
First of all, cut the tomato into wedges, followed by carrot, daikon, and capsicum into spears. In a mixing bowl, add water and vinegar to form a brine. Add the speared carrot, daikon, and capsicum to it to make a pickle.
Step 2 Spread ingredients on lettuce and add pickle
On a lettuce leaf, spread the garlic mayonnaise, place the bacon and then top it with the capsicum, carrot and daikon pickle. Finally, place the tomato wedges, sweet basil, cilantro, and mint leaves on the leaf. Repeat the process.
Step 3 Serve fresh
